a. Make sure that the DVR Board driver is correctly installed. (Control Panels-System-Device Manager) b. Make sure that the Database(Volume) settings are correct. c. Be sure to choose the correct NTSC, PAL when installing your program. NTSC is the standard in the U.S. d. Check the cables connection on the capture board. e. Check the connection on the cameras. f. Make sure the camera functions properly. g. When possible, avoid using software that resides in the RAM. Especially, vaccines can cause problems. Do not install other misc. software on the DVR unit. h. Turn off screen savers when using the program (Control Panel-Display-Screen saver) i. Turn off energy savers when using the program (Control Panel-Display-Power) j. after installing the DVR Card, Select cancel for all new devices. k. Install the Software and restart the system.
